CHULLPAS OF SILLUSTANI
It is considered the biggest and most impressive Necropolis of Pre-Columbian America. The Chullpas are gigantic funeral monuments built in times of the Collas beside the lake of Umayo and are over 12 meters high with the spectacular characteristics.

FLOATING ISLANDS OF LOS UROS
Formed by 40 big floating islands made from water reeds, where the inhabitants continue maintaining the customs and their ancestors´ idiosyncrasy. Their main activities are fishing and hunting..

TAQUILE ISLAND
Is a firm earth island offers a scenic and cultural extravaganza. It is an essentially communal island where "Tourism Vivencial" is practiced. Taquile is famous for the colourness and originality of its fabrics and garments famous, all over the world as well as for its music.

The art of knitting Alpaca, Llama and sheep wool has been preserved among the inhabitants of the Altiplano.
They also make musical instruments such as: Charango, Sikus, Toritos de totora.

Some of the typical food from Puno is:
- Cancacho: oven pork or lamb with chilli and oil species.
- Pesque de quinua: mashed quinua seasoned with milk and cheese.
- Chairo: soup with meat and lamb, potatoes, habas, sweet pumpkin, col, chuño, trigo and chalona or dried meat.

BASIC PROGRAM OF PUNO (3 days / 2 nights)

Day 01 Juliaca - Puno - Sillustani
Arrive and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon tour guided to Cullpas of Sillustani. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 02: Puno
Full day tour to Uros floating Island and Taquile island with lunch included. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 03: Puno - Lima
Transfer to the airport.
